The golden datasets of the 2nd edition of the BioASQ challenge are now available!

The golden datasets of the second edition of the BioASQ challenge are now available. In particular:

Task 2a: The PMIDs along with the MeSH headings of the documents that were used in the evaluation of each one of the test datasets of the three batches are available at http://bioasq.lip6.fr/Tasks/2a/goldenDataset/
Task 2b: The 500 questions with their golden annotations and the exact and ideal answers as they were formed by the experts after the assessment of the systems' responses are available at http://bioasq.lip6.fr/Tasks/2b/goldenDataset/

The data are encoded in JSON files. Do not hesitate to contact Georgios Paliouras or Anastasia Krithara for any comments or clarifications.
